Matthews, NC - Part Time to Full Time

Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

Our team provides in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Help with mobility and transfers

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Prepare meals for clients

  • Perform light housekeeping related to care

  • Assist with daily living activities

Requirements

  • CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening

  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
