Service Supervisor (RN/PRN) - Homecare

At Touching Hearts at Home, we provide high-quality non-medical home care that allows seniors and individuals with health needs to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. We are seeking Part-Time RN Service Supervisors to support clients and caregivers across the greater Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties.
This flexible role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building relationships with clients, supporting caregivers, and ensuring high-quality care in the home environment.
Assignments are territory-based and scheduled as close as possible to your home. Availability may include days, evenings, and occasional weekends depending on client needs.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct in-home client assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Provide caregiver orientation, training, and supervision on care plan implementation
- Perform periodic supervisory visits to ensure quality care and client satisfaction
- Monitor client status and communicate updates with families and healthcare providers when needed
- Educate clients and families on safety, wellness, and supportive care practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency standards
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource for caregivers and clients
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in home care, home health, geriatrics, or community-based nursing preferred
- Strong communication, assessment, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to client-centered care
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Successful completion of background check, drug screening, TB screening, and healthcare registry check
